Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for learning sessions and related paid services on Britannia Ghana.
Cancellations by Students or Parents
Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit, depending on the booking rules in force at the time.
Late Cancellations and Missed Sessions
Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions may result in partial or no refund where tutor or teaching time has already been committed.
Tutor or Platform Cancellations
If a tutor or the platform cancels a confirmed lesson, the user may be offered a reschedule, platform credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel where possible, subject to payment provider timelines and verification requirements.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Completed services already delivered.
- Abuse of refund requests.
- Violations of platform rules leading to suspension or removal.
