Tutors and educators on Britannia Ghana are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and learner-centred conduct.

Professional Expectations

Be punctual and prepared for scheduled sessions.
Communicate respectfully and professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.
Teach honestly, fairly, and responsibly.
Avoid discriminatory, abusive, or exploitative conduct.

Platform Integrity

Use approved platform workflows where required.
Do not solicit improper off-platform arrangements.
Do not misrepresent qualifications, rates, or experience.

Enforcement

Breaches of this code may lead to review, suspension, removal, or other disciplinary action.
